An Evolutionary Approach:
Feral Crossfit is an evolutionary approach to fitness. Our method is predicated on the understanding that, as wild animals, humans are the products of natural selection, and are adapted to an ancestral environment. Much of our modern lifestyle is out of sync with this environment and thus needs of our bodies and minds. We aim to address this dissonance to better realize our genetic potential.
